Since Harvey Milk served the people of California and they were the first to recognize his important contributions with official annual statewide recognition of Harvey Milk Day - it is only fitting that it is where the expansion of Harvey Milk Foundation events recognizing Harvey Milk Day have been based.
In 2013 and beyond the Harvey Milk Day Steering Committee looks forward to working with our growing group of Partners and Sponsors to host additional Harvey Milk Foundations events around the globe.
